Aidan with the Ascetic Aesthetic is an Orthodox Christian who lives in the UK and is a social media star! He does a phenomenal job of relating the disciplines of the Orthodox church with core of what it means to be human, and specifically the masculine. He aids us in developing both spiritually and physically showing the natural alignment, synergy, and bridge between these two often siloed topics. I love his content.
